WÖHR + BAUER achieves near-full occupancy in W11 at the WISSENSCAMPUS in Stuttgart-Weilimdorf
With the lease of approximately 1,800 sqm by a company specializing in engineering and consulting services with a focus on energy, water and infrastructure, nearly 43,000 sqm of leasable space as well as 900 car and 240 bicycle parking spaces are now leased. The lease was brokered by Colliers.

We have succeeded in sustainably upgrading an established location and positioning it as a sought-after address for successful private companies and modern public-sector organizations.”
Tenants at W11 include AIG Planungs- und Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH (Bosch Group), IT security service provider Medialine Security GmbH, Siemens Healthineers, Siemens Betriebskrankenkasse (SBK), CARIAD SE (VW Group), and Komm.ONE, a public-law institution and IT service provider for municipalities throughout Baden-Württemberg.
Award-winning district concept with a sustainable perspective
With its comprehensive revitalization concept, WÖHR + BAUER has succeeded in realizing modern and sustainable working environments to new-build standards. The architecturally harmonious overall concept, with abundant greenery, emphasizes the campus character.
In November 2025, the WISSENSCAMPUS was awarded the ImmobilienAward Metropolregion Stuttgart by the Verband Immobilienwirtschaft Stuttgart e.V. (IWS) in the “Office” category – recognition for the innovative and sustainable overall concept of the district. The office ensemble comprises three buildings: W9, W11 and W15, a parking garage, as well as additional visitor parking spaces. The WISSENSCAMPUS is located in Stuttgart-Weilimdorf in the northwest of the Baden-Württemberg state capital. Weilimdorf is considered the second-largest business location within the city limits. A number of renowned companies from the fields of innovation and technology have already established themselves here.

In addition, the already excellent connection to the city center is set to improve further: In addition to the Weilimdorf suburban railway station, which is already within walking distance, the City of Stuttgart is planning an underground station in the immediate vicinity.
