Stuttgart-Weilimdorf is a well-known office location. A large office building on Weissacher Strasse is facing the challenge of reorganisation as the main tenant, Siemens, is about to change.

The good connections to the city centre are to be further improved: In addition to the Weilimdorf S-Bahn station, which is already within walking distance, the city of Stuttgart is planning an underground station in the immediate vicinity.

With the complete refurbishment of the existing W11 building complex and the construction of the new W9 building, the Wissenscampus in Stuttgart-Weilimdorf is becoming a location for companies specialising in knowledge and innovation-driven future technologies.
