Stuttgart-Weilimdorf is a well-known office location. A large office property on Weissacher Straße is facing the challenge of realignment due to the upcoming change of its main tenant, Siemens.
The good connection to the city center is to be improved even further: In addition to the Weilimdorf S-Bahn station, which is already within walking distance, the City of Stuttgart is planning an underground station in the immediate vicinity.

At the Wissenscampus in Stuttgart-Weilimdorf, the complete renovation of the existing W11 building complex and the construction of the new W9 building are creating a location for companies working in knowledge- and innovation-driven future technologies.
In the coming years, a business district with a total of more than 68,000 sqm of floor space will be created under the name Wissenscampus.
