An advisory board with expertise

Our Corporate Advisory Board provides strategic advice to the management of WÖHR + BAUER. The members of the Advisory Board are renowned experts in the fields of property management and finance. They support us with their independent and interdisciplinary expertise and experience. Together, we develop sound solutions to the key challenges of day-to-day business and the property market. The WÖHR + BAUER Advisory Board consists of the following members.

Klaus Kirchberger (chairman)

Klaus Kirchberger is managing partner of RBV Asset GmbH. After working as a lawyer, tax advisor and auditor, he was Chairman of the Board of Directors of well-known companies such as Thurn und Taxis Gesamtverwaltung, Bayerische Hausbau, DOBA Grundbesitz, Freiberger Holding and OFB Projektentwicklung.

Dr. Jürgen Büllesbach

Dr. Jürgen Büllesbach is currently Managing Director of OPES Immobilien GmbH. He was previously Chairman of the Management Board of Bayerische Bau und Immobilien GmbH & Co. KG and managed the development of a property company in the family office of Heinz Hermann Thiele.

Arwed Fischer

As CFO of Patrizia Immobilien AG for many years, Arwed Fischer played a leading role in major M&A transactions and optimised the company's risk profile. Prior to that, he was a member of the management boards of various trading companies.

Barbara A. Knoflach

Barbara A. Knoflach is an independent director with extensive experience in the property and financial sectors. She is Vice-Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of Aareal Bank and member of the Supervisory Board of Swiss Prime Site AG. Previously, she was Global Head of Investment Management at BNP Paribas Real Estate and CEO of SEB Asset Management, as well as holding other management positions in international companies.

Dr. Gereon Mertens

Dr. Gereon Mertens was Chief Financial and Controlling Officer at Metallgesellschaft AG, Frankfurt, Hösch AG, Dortmund, and Krauss-Maffei AG, Munich, and was responsible for property management and development.
