Our company advisory board acts as a strategic advisory body for the management of WÖHR + BAUER. The advisory board members are renowned experts in the fields of real estate and finance. They support us with their independent and interdisciplinary expertise and experience. Together, we develop well-founded solutions for key challenges relating to day-to-day business and the real estate market. The WÖHR + BAUER advisory board consists of the following members.
Klaus Kirchberger (Chairman)
Mr. Kirchberger is the managing shareholder of RBV Asset GmbH. After working as a lawyer, tax advisor and auditor, he served as Chairman of the Management Board at renowned companies, including Thurn und Taxis Gesamtverwaltung, Bayerische Hausbau, DOBA Grundbesitz, Freiberger Holding and OFB Projektentwicklung.
Dr. Jürgen Büllesbach
Dr. Büllesbach is currently Managing Director of OPES Immobilien GmbH. Previously, he was Chairman of the Management Board of Bayerische Bau und Immobilien GmbH & Co. KG and led the establishment of a real estate company in the family office of Heinz Hermann Thiele.
Arwed Fischer
As CFO of Patrizia Immobilien AG for many years, Mr. Fischer played a leading role in significant M&A transactions and optimized the company’s risk profile. Previously, he was a member of the management boards of various trading companies.
Ralf Fleischer
Ralf Fleischer was Chairman of the Management Board of Stadtsparkasse München from 2014 to 2025. He looks back on more than 42 years of experience in the banking and finance sector and was, among other positions, Deputy Member of the Management Board of Sparkasse Iserlohn, Chairman of the Management Board of Sparkasse Hilden-Ratingen-Velbert and Managing Director of the Rheinischer Sparkassen- und Giroverband.
Barbara A. Knoflach
Barbara A. Knoflach is an independent supervisory board member with extensive experience in the real estate and finance sectors. Among other positions, she is Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Aareal Bank and a member of the Supervisory Board of Swiss Prime Site AG. Previously, she was Global Head of Investment Management at BNP Paribas Real Estate and CEO of SEB Asset Management, and held other management positions at international companies.
Dr. Gereon Mertens
Dr. G. Mertens was a member of the Management Board responsible for Finance and Controlling at Metallgesellschaft AG, Frankfurt, Hösch AG, Dortmund and Krauss-Maffei AG, Munich, among others, always responsible for the area of property management and development.
