Initial situation
Initial situation
Built in 2001, the Omega office park comprises a group of five independent buildings arranged in a semicircle to form the Greek omega. The glass, aluminium and granite façade in combination with the characteristic building structure promises an impressive appearance. When WÖHR + BAUER acquired the property, it was no longer up to date and visibly in need of renovation.
The concept
The concept
The building, acquired from Hannover Leasing GmbH, is to be extensively refurbished. High standards of building services engineering, energy optimisation and attractive open spaces will offer users many advantages. Access to the Obersendling underground station, which is directly adjacent to the site, and excellent transport links for motorists add to the appeal.
The result
The technical and energy modernisation is completed on schedule after one year. At the end of the project, the building is fully let.
Our new headquarters must meet the highest standards in every respect - in terms of architecture and spatial flexibility. With WÖHR + BAUER as our project developer, we have found a partner who has already proven its ability to successfully realise complex and technically demanding projects. WÖHR + BAUER's expertise, high level of commitment and speed of response are qualities that we particularly appreciate.
