The comprehensive revitalization concept focuses on implementing new working environments while taking sustainability and digitalization aspects into account. The seven-story building is to feature optimized floor plans, exemplary energy consumption and an existing-building certification in accordance with BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method).

For example, the recently introduced NEXUM portal provides comprehensive mobility data on public transport, travel times and sharing services in the surrounding area. Access authorizations as well as room and parking space bookings are organized via app or desktop, ensuring fast contact with facility and property management or the owner. The revitalization measures still planned include the spacious, wind-protected rooftop terrace overlooking the skyline and new, high-quality outdoor areas with plenty of greenery for relaxing.
