WÖHR + BAUER's concept is to create a particularly efficient and flexible office building: An optimised building grid in conjunction with the chosen depth of the building should enable tenants to use the building flexibly as individual, group, open-plan or combined offices.

The result

For WÖHR + BAUER, the realisation of the Laimer Atrium between 2000 and 2002 represents a new dimension in the office property sector. This office premiere laid the foundation for much larger projects by WÖHR + BAUER GmbH. The building is rated as the most space-efficient commercial property in a national study. The combination of expertise in construction technology and property management is an example of the company's interdisciplinary approach.

With an elegant natural stone façade, an atrium, a two-storey glass structure on the upper floor and a spacious roof terrace, the building meets high aesthetic standards.
