Opposite the Olympic Park in Munich, a high-quality urban quarter for residential and commercial use is gradually being created on the Mittlerer Ring. In the immediate vicinity of the Olympic Park, a suitable office building needs to be developed on a site with direct access to the underground station.

The high recreational value of the surrounding area, the abundance of green in the Olympic Park, a new mixed office and residential quarter with childcare facilities, restaurants, hotels and retail outlets, as well as the direct location next to the underground station and the Mittlerer Ring, offer ideal factors for the development of an innovative office property that focuses on people's needs.
The result
H2O attracts high-profile companies that place particular emphasis on the dynamism and innovation of their teams. Tenants include Maserati, BMW IT and Porsche Consulting, as well as the successful online retailer Westwing, which has set up its headquarters in H2O.
A healthy indoor climate, short breaks in the green inner courtyard and meetings on the roof terrace with an unobstructed view of the inspiring architecture of the Olympic Park - H2O has a positive effect on the work-life balance.
