MSD (a subsidiary of Merck) leaves its headquarters in Munich-Haar, paving the way for a sustainable repositioning of the property. Under the name AGORA, WÖHR + BAUER is creating a place of exchange and encounter based on the model of the ancient Greek building.

A marketplace only flourishes through the diversity of its offerings. AGORA in Haar will also establish itself as a business location with diverse and complementary tenants and opportunities. Completion of the marketing suite is scheduled for mid-2022. Marketing will start in the same year.
