FALCKENBERG ENSEMBLE: Update
Structural work shortly before completion
At the beginning of 2026, construction on the FALCKENBERG ENSEMBLE progressed rapidly, and the urban renewal of the Graggenau district is becoming visible: With two new urban houses, a new lane, inviting squares, and a continuous connection from the Tal to Maximilianstraße, an urban ensemble is taking shape that integrates sensitively into the historic surroundings while simultaneously setting new standards for quality of stay: less car traffic, more space for people.
As usual, our latest film offers exciting insights:
- Structural work is shortly before completion
- Interior fit-out preparations are already underway, with the first window frames installed
- West building section: final walls on the 6th floor, roof slab in preparation
- East building section: the top-floor ceiling slab is already partially complete
- Basement levels: fit-out and interior insulation almost complete
Over the course of 2026, the ensemble will increasingly take shape: As façade work begins, its appearance will become visible step by step, while the interior fit-out continues to progress.
