The ON Munich office and commercial district on Frankfurter Ring is continuing to take shape. Structural work on the southern section of the office and commercial district at Frankfurter Ring 71 has begun. Built to the Efficiency Building 40 standard, a total of around 31,300 square meters of floor space will be created here in two construction phases. The construction and services company GOLDBECK is responsible for the construction using a systematized building method, ensuring rapid construction progress and completion as early as the fourth quarter of 2027 – while also meeting the demands of identity-forming architecture as well as a high level of quality and sustainability. 

With the completion of the sample façade, it is becoming visible for the first time what the building will look like in the future. The façade design is a defining element of the project – and an important step toward its implementation. With its green façade, striking architecture, and inviting reception area, ON Munich will establish itself unmistakably as a landmark in the district – without needing to be loud.

Sample façades are realized on a 1:1 scale and represent a specific section of the building envelope as it will appear later. They show how materials, colors, and details work together and make it possible to review the execution under real conditions at an early stage.
