Our Berlin team continues to grow – and we are very pleased that we were able to welcome our new colleagues in person in Munich:

For around 35 years, WÖHR + BAUER has been developing and realizing commercial real estate, housing and mobility solutions – with strong roots in Munich and a long-established location in Berlin. 

Today in particular, new answers are needed to one of the greatest challenges of our time: housing. With our expanded Berlin team, we are pooling experience, market knowledge and implementation expertise in order to provide new impetus right here – from structuring complex investments to the efficient planning and realization of new neighborhoods.
