FRANKFURTER RING 71: Article in the IHK magazine

Oliver Vogt in an interview with the IHK “Offices with a high feel-good factor”

In the past, air conditioning and navigation systems were a luxury – today they are standard. The same applies to modern office properties: High-quality technical equipment alone is no longer sufficient. What is needed are well-conceived services that noticeably make everyday working life easier – especially in locations that cannot score with a gym or restaurant right on the doorstep.

Our Managing Director Oliver Vogt spoke with Sabine Hölper from the IHK magazine for Munich and Upper Bavaria about what brings employees back to the office today. The answer is clear: services that make life easier and more pleasant. Whether high-quality catering, showers and bicycle rooms, cleaning services or a yoga session – often, targeted, manageable measures have a major impact. They not only increase satisfaction but also strengthen identification with the workplace.

We are experiencing this in the discussions surrounding our Frankfurter Ring 71 project in Munich as well. Alongside high architectural quality and excellent accessibility, it is precisely these amenities that make the difference for companies.

The message is clear: Companies need a physical presence. Our economy is undergoing a profound transformation. Creative innovation does not arise in isolation – it thrives on personal exchange. And this remains the most important fuel for progress and future viability.
