WÖHR + BAUER: Spokesperson of the Board of ZIA South
Oliver Vogt becomes the new spokesperson for the Board of the ZIA South Region
Oliver Vogt will take over as the new spokesperson for the Regional Board of South at the German Property Federation (ZIA). In this role, he will become even more actively involved in the association’s work for the German real estate industry.
“The construction and real estate industry is facing major challenges. This makes exchange, dialogue and the contribution of practical knowledge all the more important – so that together we can develop viable paths for a strong real estate industry,” explains Oliver Vogt, Managing Director at WÖHR + BAUER.
At WÖHR + BAUER, projects are consistently further developed and implemented even under the current conditions. This cannot be taken for granted. It is only possible with clear decisions, pragmatism and the firm determination to find solutions instead of waiting. Oliver Vogt would like to contribute these practical experiences from project development – particularly in the areas of new construction, building within existing structures and sustainable transformation – to the work of the ZIA to an even greater extent in the future.
