MERGENTHALER: Successful letting

MERGENTHALER wins another international technology leader with Panduit

  • Panduit, a world-leading provider of infrastructure and connectivity solutions for industry and IT, signs lease agreement at MERGENTHALER
  • Another international technology leader chooses the Eschborn location

Eschborn – Panduit, a world-leading provider of infrastructure and connectivity solutions, is moving into MERGENTHALER in Eschborn, Hesse. The company has leased approximately
440 sqm of office space on the fifth floor of the comprehensively revitalized building.
WÖHR + BAUER has thus secured another international technology leader for the revitalized building. CBRE acted as the broker.

Only recently, outdoor specialist Jack Wolfskin and D-Link, an international specialist in IP-based network solutions, leased office space for their German headquarters at MERGENTHALER.

“With MERGENTHALER, we have found a location that ideally meets our high requirements for a modern and future-proof working environment. The high-quality technical equipment and flexible floor plan design provide excellent conditions for further growth,” says Jens Holzhammer, Managing Director of Panduit GmbH.

MERGENTHALER combines sustainable construction with state-of-the-art building technology, digital infrastructure and a high degree of flexibility in use. Thanks to its convenient location in the Rhine-Main region, combined with a high quality of stay; the location offers excellent conditions for modern companies with demanding employees.

“The successful letting to Panduit shows that modern, sustainable and economically attractive office space is also in high demand outside traditional city-center locations. Our concept of combining quality, efficiency and future-proofing meets the needs of many companies very precisely,” explains Sven Kübler, Head of Leasing Management at WÖHR + BAUER.

The comprehensive revitalization has enabled the building to achieve a quality level in key areas that is above the standard of many new-build properties. The final energy demand is around 68% lower than that of a comparable new building, and the energy supply is completely fossil-free. LEED “Platinum” and WiredScore “Platinum” document the high sustainability standard and future-proofing.
