The German office market is increasingly developing into a two-tier system: on the one hand, there are a few premium properties in prime locations; on the other, numerous properties in district and secondary locations whose quality often no longer meets today’s requirements. Yet this is precisely where a major opportunity lies.
In his latest guest contribution, now published in CRE Media Europe, our Managing Director and shareholder Wolfgang Roeck explains why these locations in particular can play a decisive role in the office market both now and in the future. His message of encouragement is this: those who look closely and select the right properties in district locations can find attractive investment opportunities, especially today, that are positioned to preserve value and provide protection against inflation over the long term.
