(Junior) Project & Office Manager (m/f/d) - full-time

We are a growing, forward-thinking real estate company with high standards of quality. You’ll be part of our project development team at our Berlin office on Kurfürstendamm. We’re looking for a dedicated individual who brings organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for successfully coordinating projects and people. Your Tasks are:

Project Management

  • Supporting our project team in day-to-day operations
  • Coordinating and tracking deadlines, tasks, and project workflows
  • Independently handling and documenting project processes
  • Assisting with contract awards as well as the preparation and coordination of contracts with design firms and contractors
  • Collaborating and communicating in a spirit of partnership with government agencies, design firms, specialist engineers, and other project stakeholders
  • Organizing project meetings and preparing for and following up on meetings

Office Management

  • Organizing day-to-day office operations as the first point of contact for guests, business partners, and employees - both in person and over the phone
  • Facilitating efficient meetings and events
  • Coordinating other office operations, such as mail, courier services, and travel bookings n 

Your Profile:

  • Completed business or technical training, ideally in real estate, architecture, or construction, or a comparable qualification
  • Initial professional experience in project or office management, ideally in the real estate industry
  • Enthusiasm for real estate projects and an interest in economic and technical contexts
  • A hands-on approach with excellent organizational skills, as well as a structured and independent work style
  • Strong communication skills, a strong focus on customers and service, and a professional demeanor
  • Proficiency with MS Office; strong digital skills and openness to AI-supported work methods are welcome
  • Absolute reliability, empathy, and strong teamwork skills
