We are looking for plots of land and existing properties with potential for new construction, densification, conversion, and neighborhood development.
- Locations: Southern Germany, especially Munich, Berlin, Frankfurt am Main
- Sizes: from approx. 10,000 sq m GFA or 100 residential units; premium apartments from as little as 2,000 sq m
- Projects: Plots of land with or without existing buildings, as well as vacant properties or properties becoming available at short notice
- Uses: multi-family housing, mixed-use developments, and premium apartments
COMMERCIAL
We are seeking office and commercial properties as well as land for new construction, conversion and revitalization.
- Locations: Munich, Berlin and Frankfurt am Main
- Sizes: from approx. 5,000 sqm GFA
- Properties: Land with or without existing structures, as well as vacant properties or properties becoming available at short notice (WALT under three years)
- Uses: Office and mixed-use properties
