Real Estate Investment Manager:in (m/f/d) - in full-time
Are you an all-rounder who can keep an eye on the bottom line while driving our business objectives? Then we are looking for you! We are looking for a Real Estate Investment Manager (m/f/d) to join our Munich office as soon as possible.
Your Tasks:
- Transaction Management: When sourcing investment opportunities, you will analyse and support the due diligence process and be involved in the purchase and sale process.
- Business Plan: You will design and support the preparation of business plans for both companies and properties.
- Modelling: You will create investment and cash flow models to attract attractive investments.
- Pipeline: You will coordinate investment pipeline meetings.
- Business Development: You will prepare strategy and pitch presentations and exposés.
- Financing: You will prepare bank presentations and funding requests and support the funding process.
- Analysis: You will gather information from various sources to support decision-making.
- Reporting: Consolidate information from other departments and prepare asset management, shareholder and bank reports.
Your Profile:
- Analytical skills: Analysis and financial modelling in Excel will be your daily tools of the trade.
- Entrepreneurial thinking: You not only juggle with numbers, but also question them.
- Specific qualifications: A degree in a relevant field such as business/finance and/or real estate makes you an expert.
- Personal skills: Even in hectic situations, you keep a cool head and act without hesitation.
- Team player: You like to work in a team and enjoy socialising with your colleagues after work.
- All-rounder: You always keep an eye on the business and use your analytical skills to support other departments when needed.
